Inside the island, use the Baba Buds and Grappling Hook to reach the upper branch on the Great Deku Tree that holds this freestanding item.

Small Island Chest

Inside the island, use the Baba Buds and Grappling Hook to reach either the southern or western exits of Forest Haven. From outside, Leaf over to the small island located in the southeast. Alternatively, you can use Grappling Hook at the entrance to Forest Haven to swing and then Leaf over to the small island.
