Enter the secret cave on the island. Defeat the Boko Babas inside and use the Baba Bud to drop from the upper level into the circle of vines guarding this chest. Once you open the chest, the vines will disappear.
Highest Isle

Enter the secret cave on the island. Defeat the Boko Babas inside. Grab a Deku Stick and light it using a nearby torch. Enter a Baba Bud to get to the upper level and throw the lit Deku Stick at the wooden boards blocking the exit. Leaf over and enter the warp to reach the highest isle of the island where this chest sits.
Lookout Platform

Climb up the lookout platform found east of the island to find this freestanding chest. Be warned that there are multiple Wizzrobes here.
