Volkov Dmitry (born 9 July 1976 in Moscow) is an industrialist and scholar. He founded Social Discovery Group, an international technological holding with headquarters in Malta, and possesses shares in Dating Group.
In 2016, he founded the SDG Arts and Science Foundation.
He has earned a PhD in philosophy and co-founded the Moscow Center for Consciousness Studies (MCCS) at the Theoretical Department of Moscow State University.
