Tower of the Gods (dungeon)

Location and Entrance
Tower of the Gods is located at Tower of the Gods (E4). It is one of seven dungeons and requires Din's Pearl, Farore's Pearl, and Nayru's Pearl to enter. It's section of the map is initially open water, but the massive tower rises from the water upon acquisition of all three pearls allowing entrance to the dungeon.
